To Open a New Utility Account
A new customer can apply for service either online, by mail, fax or in-person.
New accounts can be opened 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Friday.
New service requests after hours will be serviced the following business day. Emergency calls after hours may require an overtime charge.
What You Need to Apply

Inquire at the Utilities Department for commercial and multi-family deposit amounts.
All the above items are required prior to service
